Lead security investigations, control assessments and defensive improvement work across identity, endpoints, cloud and application environments.
Job description
The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will combine operational security analysis with control review, incident leadership and improvement planning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex incident investigation and evidence review.
- Assess security-control gaps and prioritise remediation.
- Improve detection rules, escalation paths and response playbooks.
- Support vulnerability and security-risk reporting.
- Mentor analysts and coordinate with engineering teams on defensive improvements.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of cyber-security or security-operations experience.
- Strong SIEM, endpoint, IAM and incident-analysis capability.
- Ability to communicate security risk and remediation priorities clearly.
Preferred qualifications
- Cloud-security and vulnerability-management experience.
- Experience in regulated environments.
- Relevant security certification or equivalent experience.
